We have been looking at how to describe food using our senses.
We each had a TNT lolly, we examined the wrapped, thought about how we could describe it using all our senses.
Here are some great examples of senses being used to describe and compare different objects.
The sour lolly felt like it was going to explode in my mouth.
It was a round as a rugby ball.
The lolly was sweet and sour, it was so sour, it blew up in my mouth.
When I played with the wrapper, it was like a rock smashing into the water.
It is spicy, tangy, sour and chewy.
It tasted spicy and sour, chewy and hot, like a demon setting on fire!
It was sour like a lemon off a bush. It was like a sugar tornado in my mouth.
It was like a lemon, it made my tongue sour.
It looked like a flat ball. It was sour and chewy. It felt like a little insect on my hand.
It’s like a gold, shiny, bursting hot, fizzy drink.
It was so sour, it was like and explosion in my mouth.
